Charter and Program Registration New York Chiropractic College was granted an Absolute Charter by the New York State Board of Regents on behalf of the New York State Education Department of the University of the State of New York. New York Chiropractic College's Doctor of Chiropractic degree program, the Master of Science degree programs in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, the Master of Science degree program in Diagnostic Imaging, the Master of Science degree program in Applied Clinical Nutrition, the Master of Science degree program in Clinical Anatomy, the Master of Science degree program in Human Anatomy and Physiology Instruction, and the Bachelor of Professional Studies degree program are registered by the New York State Education Department of the University of the State of New York. The Commission on Higher Education is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation.
