New York Chiropractic College was granted an Absolute Charter by the New York State Board of Regents on behalf of the New York State Education Department of the University of the State of New York.

New York Chiropractic College's Doctor of Chiropractic degree program, the Master of Science degree programs in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, the Master of Science degree program in Diagnostic Imaging, the Master of Science degree program in Applied Clinical Nutrition, the Master of Science degree program in Clinical Anatomy, the Master of Science degree program in Human Anatomy and Physiology Instruction, and the Bachelor of Professional Studies degree program are registered by the New York State Education Department of the University of the State of New York.

• NYCC’s Doctor of Chiropractic program has a graduation rate of 87.2%. This rate represents the percentage of full-time students that entered in the Fall 2006 cohort, and earned the Doctor of Chiropractic degree from NYCC within the maximum timeframe.

Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine

• NYCC's Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine has a graduation rate of 64%. This rate represents the percentage of students that entered in the Fall 2008 cohort, and earned the Master of Science in Acupuncture of Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degree within the maximum timeframe.
