The Admissions Department is happy to waive this fee should you take the time to send us a transcript for a prerequisite evaluation. You can send, fax or email your transcript or grade report to your Admissions Counselor. Upon completing the evaluation we will provide the waiver information. For those applying for the Doctor of Chiropractic or the Master of Science in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine program, in addition to completing the application, you will need to send copies of ALL your official college transcripts, references (form below - references not required for Applied Clinical Nutrition program) and a personal statement (1-2 pages helping us to get to know you better...i.e. why you have chosen to become a doctor of chiropractic or acupuncturist, why you have chosen NYCC and anything else about your personal history that you would like us to know).
